All Sales Final: Due to regulations returns are not allowed on any Dietary supplements. However, we are proud to stand behind VIVACA™ with a full Money Back guarantee on first orders only (not including the three pack sampler).
15 Day money back guarantee on original 30 pack orders. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Product must be returned in original packaging including any empty micro-bottles. All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) in order to be processed. Shipments received without an RA# will be neither processed nor returned. Shipping charges incurred under the guarantee are the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. Defective stock or incorrect orders may be returned at our expense once a valid RA# has been issued. We will make every effort to refill your order with the same product however in the event of discontinued or out of stock product we reserve the right to make substitutions. We will ship your replacement order upon documented receipt of your return. Return authorization number can be obtained by e-mailing customer service.
Very Important: If you do not hear back from us within 72 hours, make sure our e-mail is not blocked by your spam filters. Try using a different e-mail Address.
Wrong Address: Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery information from the purchaser will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If you would like the items redirected please note that a nominal shipping charge will be incurred. Please be sure to include full delivery information including apartment numbers.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time by e-mailing customer service prior to shipping. If the order has been processed, there will be a 10% service charge for cancellation. If your Item has already been shipped, order cannot be cancelled or edited.
International Customers: International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, brokerage and duty fees. These are not included in FROM THE EARTH NATURALLY LTD charges. We will not write gift or lower value on customs forms.
Special Delivery: If you require signature upon delivery, please contact us first as there is an additional charge.
All orders require at least 1-2 business days of processing time regardless of shipping method chosen during checkout. We reserve the right to choose the shipping Method & shipping carrier at time of shipment.
