How much should I take?
Take one micro-bottle daily for up to three days then gauge how you are feeling to determine if your stress level requires a few more days of continued use. Before using, shake the bottle vigorously for eight seconds, then pour into 500 mL of cold water and consume it as soon as possible. Note that the botanical particles will settle to the bottom of the water when left standing, this is normal (similar to the pulp in orange juice). These particles contain some of the important bioactives. Simply shake or mix and it will disperse back into the water. VIVACA® contains no colour or fillers to minimize unnecessary ingredients that could compromise the bioactive properties so it will have a natural normal light yellow/brown botanical colour,
Not to be taken before bedtime.
How soon will I feel a difference?

VIVACA® is not over processed to ensure the product contains full-spectrum extracts, similar to how our predeccessors historically made it. Then using scientific technology to evaluate for purity and accuracy.
VR does not contain any fillers or colours to ensure that the medicinal product components are not compromised or diminished.
VR is consumed as a drink: VIVACA as a liquid dosage is more bio-available for the body to absorb, generally more potent than dry capsules or tablets.
More Information on Stress
We all accept stress as a regular part of life. Stress, a physical, biological response in our bodies designed as an instinctive safety mechanism of the ‘fight or flight’ response, to an emotional and/or physical event.
Good stress can motivate us to work even harder to achieve our goals, however, when stress is constant and relentless or sudden and dramatic, it can take over our body’s natural coping mechanisms affecting our physical and mental health. Physical stress symptoms can manifest as anxiety, insomnia, muscle pain, high blood pressure and a weekend immune system. Mental stress can manifest as forgetfulness, fuzzy thinking, and moodiness and as depression.
Constant stress has been linked to serious diseases such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes and more. This is when we need some help managing our stress so that it does not lead to the development of disease or disrupt our lives in subtle or overt ways. We recommend that you consult your healthcare practitioner if your stress symptoms persist or there is a change in your general health.
